Understand the search-term control service
The service is provided by the administrator of the negativekeywords.com service. It reviews available advertising search-term reports, classifies irrelevant intent, recommends negative keywords and manages exclusions through approvals or rules you define. It also provides lists, alerts, reports, exports and an audit trail.
The one-off demo processes reports in your browser without sending or storing them. Ongoing sweeps require a paid subscription and authorized ad connections. Features depend on the plan and platform controls.
Review the product workflow, plan details and privacy policy before using the service. An applicable Enterprise agreement controls over these terms where it expressly addresses the same matter differently.
Keep access accurate and authorized
Provide accurate account information, use a secure, unique password and complete email verification. Keep access to your registered email. You are responsible for account activity and workspace members you authorize.
You need authority to accept these terms and connect each ad account. Do not connect accounts without permission or circumvent seat limits. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to [email protected].
Roles and identity controls depend on the subscription. Agency includes 15 seats with roles; Enterprise includes unlimited seats with SSO through SAML and SCIM. Your organization remains responsible for reviewing access when responsibilities change.
Choose monthly or yearly billing
Starter, Growth, Agency and Enterprise subscriptions use monthly or yearly billing. A yearly price expressed per month is an equivalent rate, with the full annual amount billed together. Enterprise costs 999 USD per month, or 499 USD per month billed yearly at 5 988 USD. Confirm the price, billing period and applicable taxes before subscribing.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period until cancelled. You authorize the applicable recurring charges. You can cancel any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically remove previously applied exclusions from an ad account.
There are no refunds for partial periods, except where law requires. Mandatory refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected. Keep billing information current; unpaid amounts may result in suspended subscription access after any notice required by law or contract.
Changes to subscription prices apply prospectively with notice required by law or the applicable agreement. You can cancel before the renewal affected by a notified price change.
Stay within account and spend limits
Plan limits cover connected ad accounts and their combined monthly advertising spend. Covered ad spend is separate from subscription fees and reported waste.
| Plan | Ad accounts | Monthly ad spend covered |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | Up to 10 000 USD |
| Growth | 5 | Up to 75 000 USD |
| Agency | 50 | Up to 500 000 USD |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Starter supports Google Ads only. Growth, Agency and Enterprise support Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Ads. Sweep frequency, seats, rules, shared lists, reports and audit retention follow the subscription comparison.
If spend exceeds the plan allowance, we prompt an upgrade and sweeps continue for the current period. Do not divide or misrepresent usage to evade limits. Select coverage appropriate to both the account count and combined spend.
Remain responsible for the decisions you authorize
You are responsible for changes you approve and for the scope and conditions of autopilot rules you set. Review query context, negative wording, match type and destination. Keep the business description and product context current so recommendations can be assessed meaningfully.
Conflict checks reject proposals that block active keywords, products or converting queries in the reviewed data. They depend on available reports and account context, rather than knowledge of every future search or conversion. Every negative added has an audit log entry and one-click undo; undo cannot restore auctions already missed.
You must comply with the relevant ad platform terms and permissions. Platforms control report availability, supported exclusion types and connection access. You can revoke OAuth access at any time, but revocation does not reverse changes already made. NegativeKeywords does not change billing or budgets.
Use the service for authorized account work
Do not use the service unlawfully, access another workspace without permission, bypass security controls, interfere with availability, submit malicious content or extract data you have no right to access. Do not resell unauthorized access or use the service to infringe others' rights.
You retain rights in data you provide. You grant the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service, including approved platform actions and reports. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and legal basis to provide that data.
We do not sell or share search terms for unrelated purposes. The privacy policy explains personal data processing and provider categories. You control the recipients of exported or shared reports. The service's software, branding and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law; your subscription gives you access, not ownership.
Understand the service limits
We maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular advertising outcome. Maintenance, platform changes, report limitations and external outages can affect operation. Enterprise includes a 99.9 percent uptime SLA subject to the Enterprise terms; other plans do not include that contractual SLA.
Recommendations and historical spend figures are not guarantees of future savings, revenue or profit. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without additional implied warranties, and liability excludes indirect or consequential losses and lost profits. Aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees you paid for the paid period giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits limiting, including mandatory statutory rights. The security page describes access controls and the Enterprise security review materials.
End access and resolve questions
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use or risks to security, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate and legally required. Amounts due and mandatory refund rights remain applicable.
Request data deletion separately from cancellation. Some records remain where legally required or needed for legitimate security or dispute purposes. Provisions that by their nature survive termination, including accrued payments, intellectual property and lawful liability limits, continue to apply.
Applicable governing law is determined under the relevant conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] to raise a dispute or ask about these terms. Material revisions receive notice where required and an updated date. Review contact information and current plan terms before subscribing.
